Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role serves as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials, providing advanced technical and functional support across multiple finance modules including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, and Revenue Management. The Senior Workday Finance Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining system integrity, optimizing financial processes, supporting integrations, reporting, and managing upgrades. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and IT to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in Workday configuration, report writing, and integration tools to drive the success of our financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Workday Financials modules, quickly diagnosing and resolving system issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Lead the configuration and enhancement of Workday Financials modules, tailoring the system to meet evolving business needs while maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for finance stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely synchronization across platforms.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, communicate system capabilities, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in Workday upgrade projects, testing, and deployment activities. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes.
• Support compliance audits by validating data accuracy and system configurations, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of system issues and process inefficiencies, recommending and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and Workday functionalities, driving innovation and best practices within the finance technology landscape.

• Workday Financials: Deep expertise in Workday Financials modules including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, and Revenue Management. Ability to configure and optimize these modules to align with business requirements.
• Workday Configuration: Proficient in configuring Workday Financials, including business process frameworks, security roles, and financial setups to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Workday Report Writer: Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards that provide meaningful financial insights and support decision-making.
