Summary
We are seeking an ERP Implementer with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP to lead implementation, optimization, and integration initiatives across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring NetSuite in a manufacturing environment and preferred knowledge of DataNinja (MES/Inventory Management) and Celigo (integration middleware). This role will be critical in driving ERP stabilization and long-term system consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules (Financials, Inventory, Procurement, WMS, Manufacturing, and Reporting).
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to map business processes and translate them into NetSuite configurations.
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite, DataNinja, Celigo, Salesforce, and other connected systems.
- Establish data governance standards and ensure master data consistency across platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to implement best practices for cycle counting, inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into operations and financials.
- Provide technical leadership to ERP projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to deadlines.
- Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2 years of NetSuite ERP implementation and administration experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences.
- Strong experience configuring NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, WMS, and Advanced Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success leading ERP projects from design through go-live.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM management, work orders, and inventory controls.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DataNinja (MES and inventory management).
- Hands-on knowledge of Celigo for NetSuite integrations (design, monitoring, error handling).
- Background in nutritional supplements, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or equivalent) are highly desirable.»
