102524 – Sr. Flutter Fullstack
Summary
We’re seeking a senior developer who lives at the intersection of mobile and web: someone who can ship polished, cross-platform Flutter apps. This role offers real ownership on a small, high-autonomy team reviving and evolving a microservices platform hosted on Azure AKS, serving both internal and external users.
You’ll work hands-on with mobile and web code, participate in architecture decisions, and use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a core part of your workflow. This is a fast-moving role where clear communication, ownership, and shipping quality matter more than rigid processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android
- Collaborate on Azure / AKS microservices architecture, deployments, and infrastructure decisions
- Integrate systems with HubSpot, Bullhorn ATS, and Microsoft Entra authentication
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate delivery and improve quality
- Participate in architecture discussions and help shape technical direction with the team lead
- Write clean, testable code and maintain clear documentation
- Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices within the team
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in Flutter for web
- Demonstrated ability to work across mobile and web platforms and deliver shipping products
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred, but not required), including AKS, Blob Storage, or App Services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously on a small, distributed remote team
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or work samples that demonstrate real shipping experience
- Strong emphasis on writing maintainable, testable code and clear documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience in Flutter for iOS and Android
- Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or API gateway design
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Terraform, or CI/CD pipeline design
- Background with authentication systems (OAuth, SSO, Microsoft Entra)
- Experience integrating CRM/ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or HubSpot
- Contributions to open-source projects or meaningful personal side projects
