Strategy & Transformation Manager / Managing Consultant
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to lead complex strategy and transformation engagements, drive high-impact recommendations, and partner with senior client stakeholders. This senior role will own end-to-end program delivery, shape strategic direction for clients, and develop consulting teams while maintaining strong commercial focus and executive-level communication.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and coordinate multiple workstreams to deliver strategic outcomes
Manage senior client relationships and engage with C-level stakeholders to align on priorities and decisions
Develop clear, evidence-based strategic recommendations and craft executive-level presentations
Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing direction, feedback, and professional development
Manage project risks, priorities, timelines, and delivery to ensure engagement success
Support commercial discussions, proposals, and identify opportunities for account growth
Coordinate cross-functional contributors and ensure quality and consistency of client deliverables
Drive executive storytelling and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
7+ years of Strategy or Management Consulting experience
Proven leadership of consulting engagements and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Strong executive stakeholder management with experience engaging C-level sponsors
Excellent strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness
Strong presentation skills and executive-level storytelling
Advanced English proficiency
