As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Apex, you will play a pivotal role in leading
cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects that drive our industry forward. This
position is crucial for ensuring that projects are managed from inception to completion,
aligning with business goals and timelines. Your expertise will facilitate collaboration among
stakeholders, enabling the successful execution of projects that leverage our advanced

Responsibilities
● Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation
through to completion, ensuring alignment with Apex’s strategic objectives and
timelines.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management,
and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
throughout the project lifecycle.
● Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance
project efficiency and team productivity, ensuring that all team members are aligned
with Agile principles.
● Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather
requirements, provide updates, and ensure that project goals are met.
● Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to
minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
● Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated
effectively and that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
● Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by
encouraging team members to share feedback and implement best practices.
● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team
members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills

● Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage
project workflows effectively, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to change.
● Project Management: Extensive experience in project management, including
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, with a strong focus on
delivering results.
● Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a
collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
● Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
identify issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of
conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitating
discussions among diverse teams.
● Financial Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services
industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends, to ensure project
alignment with industry standards.
● Experience on aaS, Infrastructure and/or Software Development Related Projects:
Demonstrated experience managing projects related to Software as a Service (SaaS),
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), or other software development initiatives.
● SaaS Project Experience: Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS
projects, understanding the unique challenges and requirements associated with
cloud-based solutions.
● Okta: Familiarity with Okta for identity and access management, ensuring secure and
efficient user authentication processes within projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills
● PMP Certification: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus,
demonstrating a commitment to the project management profession and adherence
to best practices.
