Sr. Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager to lead client-facing strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact recommendations. This role will drive workstreams from analysis through to executive-ready recommendations, lead stakeholder workshops, and mentor junior consultants. The position offers the chance to shape transformation programs and influence commercial and operational decisions for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams from initial analysis through synthesis and delivery of strategic recommendations.
Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on problem-solving and deliverable quality.
Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate insights, options, and recommended actions.
Lead client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions to align on priorities and next steps.
Identify risks, opportunities, and potential commercial initiatives through structured analysis.
Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure milestones are met.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to validate assumptions and implement solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of Strategy, Management Consulting, or Transformation experience
Proven experience in team or workstream leadership and mentoring junior staff.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including leading client-facing meetings and workshops.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills for quantitative analysis and modeling.
Ability to operate independently in complex environments and drive outcomes with limited oversight.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
