Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle VBCS to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based integrations and front-end applications across Oracle SaaS. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless data flow and process automation within our organization, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud and various integration technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving integration best practices and providing technical guidance to team members, ultimately contributing to the success of our cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

As an Oracle Integration Cloud Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and Developing Integration Solutions: Create robust integration solutions that connect various applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow across Oracle SaaS platforms.
• Implementing Architected Structures: Develop and implement architected structures for integrations, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational standards.
• Driving Integration Best Practices: Establish and promote integration best practices within the team, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
• Developing Reports and APIs: Create and maintain BIP and OTBI reports, as well as RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate data access and reporting.
• Monitoring Integration Flows: Continuously monitor integration flows to ensure they are functioning as expected, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
• Ensuring Compliance with Security Standards: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Providing Technical Guidance: Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Adapting to Evolving Business Needs: Stay agile and adaptable to changing business requirements, ensuring that integration solutions remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud: Proficient in using Oracle Integration Cloud to design and implement integration solutions that connect various applications and services.
• VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service): Strong expertise in low-code application development using VBCS, enabling rapid development of front-end applications.
• RESTful APIs: In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between applications.
• SOAP APIs: Experience with SOAP APIs, ensuring compatibility with legacy systems and services.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud: Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and their integration capabilities.
• Oracle APEX: Solid experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) for developing scalable, data-driven web applications integrated with Oracle databases.
• SQL: Proficient in SQL for querying databases and developing reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• BIP Reports: Experience in developing and maintaining BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports for data visualization and reporting needs.
• OTBI Reports: Knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports for real-time analytics and reporting.
• FBDI Process: Familiarity with the File-Based Data Import (FBDI) process for data loading into Oracle applications.
• Cloud Integration Concepts: Strong understanding of cloud integration concepts and best practices, ensuring effective integration strategies.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
