Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge products by applying global UI standards and contributing to comprehensive design systems. The ideal candidate will bring a user-centered design approach, deep expertise in UX methodologies, and proficiency with modern design and Agile tools. As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences that align with our company’s strategic goals and technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with UX methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
- Apply global UI standards and design systems; suggest improvements where needed.
- Estimate design timelines and tasks accurately.
- Define KPIs to measure design success on a feature-by-feature basis.
- Solicit and integrate feedback from peers and users.
- Manage priorities across ongoing and future projects.
- Proactively communicate status and plans to UX leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Strong foundation in design thinking and usability heuristics.
- Deep UX knowledge: user identification, sketching, wireframing, implementing feedback.
- Ability to understand product impact on broader user experience.
- Passion for emerging UX technologies and standards.
- Experience leading design/discovery workshops.
- Proficiency in modern tools like Sketch, InVision.
- Familiarity with global enterprise design systems.
- Some experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of usability studies and research methods.
- Experience with deliverables like journey maps, user testing plans, competitive analysis.
- Skills in tools like Tableau or Qualtrics are a plus.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
- Online portfolio with relevant project artifacts.
